SCOPE OF USE
The test is use to detect the early pregnancy stage of dairy cow, goat, and sheep, guiding artificial fertilization at the right time and re-examine of dairy cows/goat/sheep health.

HOW TO USE - Cows:
·Perform the test between 18th AND 22nd post insemination to detect whether the animal is open or is in luteal phase. If found positive, then perform one more test on either 23rd OR 24th day post insemination. If this 2nd test also shows positive, then the animal's pregnancy is confirmed. If the 2nd test shows negative then the animal is considered NOT pregnant, even though the test performed between 18th AND 22nd day post insemination is positive. If the first test performed between 18th AND 22nd day shows negative then there is no need to perform this test on either 23rd OR 24th day as the animal is NOT pregnant.

·If the testing between 18th AND 22nd day post insemination cannot be performed or missed somehow then the test should be performed on BOTH 23rd and 24th day. If the test performed on 23rd day shows positive but shows negative on 24th day, then the animal is NOT pregnant. If the test on 23rd day shows negative, then the animal is NOT pregnant and there is no need to do the test on the 24th day. If the test shows positive on both 23rd AND 24th day, then the animal pregnancy is confirmed.

·Beyond 24th day and up to 150th day we recommend 5 test in 5 consecutive days to detect pregnancy for the animal whose insemination date is not known of if testing could not be performed between 18th and 22nd OR 23rd and 24th day post insemination. If any one of the 5 tests shows negative then the animal is NOT pregnant and there is no need to perform further test. But if all test performed in 5 consecutive days show positive then the pregnancy is established.
