Application Scope
The product is disposable medical device, which is intended for inject or input the substance or/and liquid, mainly used to inject contrast medium, drug and embolic material.
Instruction for Use
Please pay attention to following instructions when you use it, as a disposable medical instruments:
1) Draw out Angiography Catheter from the package slowly; Be careful to avoid damaging or bending the catheter tip.
2) To avoid damaging the vascular wall or block artery, we must be cautious in placing and withdrawing Angiography Catheter during operation. If there is resistance when getting out guidewire from the catheter, please remove guidewire and catheter together to avoid damaging vascular wall. During using Angiography Catheter, we must be careful to prevent blood clotting phenomenon. Keep flushing liquid or other contrast material in the catheter during operating in the artery. The use of systemic heparinize should be cautious.

Warnings
1) Hold the guidewire all the time and adjust the insertion depth according to the mark.
2) If extend the skin cut at the puncture position, please make sure the scalpel edge be against the guidewire.
3) Reuse may create a potential risk of patient or user. It may lead to contamination and/or impairment of functional capability. Contamination and/or limited functionality of the device may lead to injury, illness or death of the patient.
4) Treatment of the medical waste should conform to the requirements of the local laws and regulations.
