Disposable Virus Sampling Tube (Inactivation Type) is an inactivated type collection tube for collect virus specimens, such as pharyngeal swab, nasal swab which may contains flu virus, etc. The preservation solution in the tube can protect the viral nucleic acid from degradation for one week at room temperature (15 ~ 25°C). The preservation solution has the function of cell lysis and is compatible with all kinds of lysis buffers in the virus DNA/RNA extraction kits. In the subsequent nucleic acid extraction process, less or no lysate can be added to increase the sample dosage, so that more nucleic acids can be obtained and the detection results can be more accurate. At the same time, the preservation solution does not contain surfactant, so it is not easy to produce foam, and the sampling is more convenient to avoid cross-contamination during large-scale sample processing.
